To save money Sharon and Rob decide to sell the house and down-size, despite the glib estate agent telling them they will not make a profit. Sharon hits it off with elderly widower Wallace, keen to move to a flat, and half-promises to buy his property but when the bank refuses a mortgage and Rob fails to secure a modelling job the couple must face the wrath of Wallace.
